The pour is possibly slightly greener than its sibling, but that might be the green in the label (and some kind of psychological effect) influencing my vision. The aroma is similar to the lemonade, but, and you'll never have guessed this, it smells like they added lime instead of lemons. I have recently stopped eating the Whole Fruit Lime bars (because they tried to kill me, and they will try to kill you, too), and this smell definitely reminds me of why I like those things.
First sip is very nice. It's more sedate than the lime bars, and it is even more sedate than the lemonade was. The carbonation seems more intrusive as a result of the more subtle flavor, and I don't know that I like the trade-off. It seems like it's taking the things that made the lemonade great and really kind of flipping them around to highlight the things I didn't like.
Tip-in is very sweet cane sugar with lime and gentle carbonation. The middle becomes a serene, sweet and tart river of lime with the carbonation intruding too much on top of it all. The finish is sweet and tart with the lime hanging around for a very find trail off.
Bottom Line: A nice little treat.
